Born in Melbourne, Australia.

Studied Graphic Arts at the Melbourne Institute of Technology.

After his period of study he set up design studios to service major advertising agencies and direct clients.

Over the next 9 years he traveled to London, Paris, Athens, New York and Los Angeles as a fashion

Photographer, being commissioned by Vogue Australia, Viva Magazine, International Wool Secretariat, Louis Feraud and many others.

In 1971, Christos Raftopoulos established himself in London permanently. His work appeared in magazines such as American Vogue, Vogue Brides, Harpers and Queen, Good Housekeeping, Jardin de Modes, Marie France and Ritz. Amongst many other direct clients, he worked for Jaeger Fashions, Max Factor, Yardley of London, Ford Motor Company and Pringle of Scotland.

Christos Raftopoulos now lives permanently in Greece.
